Salary data is refreshed monthly. We continuously collect new submissions, apply time-decay weighting to older entries, and remove statistical outliers β€” so figures always reflect current market conditions.
We maintain over 98% accuracy through our verification pipeline. Data points are cross-referenced against multiple signals and flagged for review if they deviate significantly from the median for a comparable cohort. Outliers (Β±3Οƒ) are excluded from all aggregates.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual cash bonus, annualized equity / RSU value, and sign-on bonuses. Benefits like health insurance, 401k matching, and PTO are excluded from the dollar figure but may be noted separately on role pages.
